B&HS Management Limited is a member of Great Portland Estates plc Group a central London property investment company with over £1.3 billion of real estate.

In 2006 following a tender process B&HS Management Limited awarded Hughes | Gardner a multi-site contract in and around London's West End. The level of service that we have provided has enabled B&HS Management to confidently increase the size of the contract by adding additional buildings, including their flagship property 180 Great Portland Street.

Harrow Council

Following a rigorous selection process using the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU), Hughes | Gardner were originally selected in 2003 by Harrow Council to clean schools in the local Borough, we have since successfully retained the contract for a second three-year term.

Our experience in the transfer of staff under TUPE legislation is very extensive, we have dealt with individual cases as well as larger contracts involving in excess of a 1000 employees - our contract with Harrow Council required us to transfer some 80 employees.

The contract also requires all staff working on the portfolio to undergo the enhanced disclosure check with the Criminal Records Bureau to ensure that we only employ suitable people to work alongside children.

We use the latest IT technology to measure performance levels in the range of services we provide, which is available for download via our client Intranet.

Service delivery includes daily cleaning and window cleaning services to thirteen schools within the district of Harrow.
